I cant find him on any famous lefties list. Was he or was he not left handed? Nobody seems to know.

He's not listed on the artists list of left-handers, and they take into account people who used their left hands for their art, and their right for other tasks.

~A left-hander is a person who is more skillful with the left hand than with the right. A left-hander will probably (but is not required to) use the left hand for tasks such as personal care, cooking, and so on.~

The fact that he missed so much school as a young child, and with all of his physical ailments taken into account, it would seem that he was always right handed. He was pretty much a hypochondriac from his early years, and loved to complain about his ailments, but there is nothing about him being forced to use one hand over another. Which you would have thought he would have done.

So..... no, I don't know if he was or not - but it seems he wasn't left handed.

I know this is no help, but I tried for hours to find an answer for you. *sigh*
