would an employer be less likely to hire some one with a undiagnosed....?

swelling on there arm. ive had swelling on my arm with no pain for bout 7 months. seen many doctors and have had an MRI and XRAY done. both tests showed nothing. now if i try to get a job which requires a physical exam as well as me to carry a firearm will i be disqualified because doctors dont know what is causeing swelling and it continues to get bigger and its over my nerves and tendons on my right arm which is the arm i would be carrying a firearm? thanks for your input

I was going to say 'No" but then I read the part about the firearm. I would have to say that they likely would be discouraged from hiring someone with a mysterious ailment in the arm that holds a gun.
