At end of G1 - still 6 pr or 12 chromosomes
At end of S - still 6 pairs or 12 chromosomes - It's just that the DNA has been doubled so that the chromosomes will be double-stranded when they condense in prophase.

At end of G2 - still 6 pairs or 12 chromosomes (each double-stranded.)
