I sometimes have auditory or visual hallucinations, but since I got back on my meds, they don't disturb me the way they used to. I still have 'em, they just don't freak me out .

I used to have hallucinations , but I realized I was just daydreaming , so I am OK.

I'll tell you the same thing I told my psychologist... Those things I see are REAL, not hallucinations.

I live with someone who did this but they came to terms with it accepted it, went to counseling and eventually overcame it.
