It depends on what caused me to snap, but usually if I'm at work or around my kids I just stew. If Im alone I snap.

I stew first, then if enough things get me stewing more and more...I can snap. I try to vent out of the site of others...it is not a pretty sight...my storming and cursing. But once I get it out of my system...I'm good to go for a long time.

snap.i think its healthier to just vent when u need to.if necessary, apologise sincerely when u have calmed down.then life gets right back to normal.people who stew,it can last days-and life is too short to waste that way!if u have a problem with someone, say it.then, listen to their side.yell a bit if u both need to,then work towards a swift resolution.by the end of the day,its not an issue anymore.forgive and forget is life-saving advice!if u hold it in,there goes ur blood pressure and ur peace of mind.ps-i snap everywhere, even at work-which led to the infamous cupcake-throwing incedent.it was a pms thing.everyone understood-it was a hi-pressure day!
