i'm a "Scientist" and frankly, I work Very hard.

I do field research, I get blisters, I spend time sweating in the summer. I go to work with an extra set of clothes every day so I can put clean clothes on when I drive home because my clothes get so filthy everyday because I'm working. In the off season I get muscle cramps and chronic neck pain from stooping over a microscope, and carpal tunnel from using tweezers all day long.

When I get home from working, I sit at my computer and read and write and analyze data at night.

I know a lot about evolution and how life evolved and one thing I learned is that it has nothing to do with the life expectancy of people.

Hogwash !! ........ plain and simple ! Scientists as a group don`t live any longer on average than anyone else . The main reason being they don`t know how life "evolved" ................... simply because it didn`t "evolve" .

If you believe life "evolved" because of the teachings of Charles Darwin , I suggest you get his book "The Origin of the Species" and thoroughly read the forward at the start of the book .......... where he admits life HAD to have been first created by God . He also admits there was no other way it could possibly have been CREATED ..........

Wonder what the "evolutionists` answer to that is ????

How rude. I'm both a scientist and a working person :-)

Knowing how life evolved cannot be used to extend your life, any more than going to an art gallery can make you a artist, or listening to Mozart can make you play piano.
If you want to live longer, eat more fruit and vegetables, less meat, and exercise regularly.

On average I think that scientists live about fifteen years longer than working people.

That is not an astronomy or space question. Scientists ARE working people. Science is work too you know. And nobody knows how to extend life.
