Drinking plenty of fluids can eliminate these symptoms if they are due to beginning dehydration. Occasionally, your body triggers these symptoms if you are becoming dehydrated or are malnourished. The extra fluids help your body build up the blood supply.

Are you pregnant? If not, it could be a hormonal problem. When I was on birth control, I always felt nauseous like I was going to pass out. Apparently that's normal for the first week or so, but after several months, I just had to go off the pill completely. I couldn't function like that! If I were you I would see a doctor and have them run a blood test and also check your hormone level.

In my family, all the women have had thyroid problems. I went for serious labwork, bloodwork, full physichal, urine samples everyday for 2 weeks. They found out i wasnt being affected at the time, but i did feel very dizzy and sick, and i still shake very violently all the time. mabye you have hyperthyroidism. That's what i partially have. my metabolism is very fast. What i would do is go to the doctor and get some tests run. also check if anyone in your family has had similar problems.

This is going to sound odd, but is your pee a dark yellow? If it is, that's a big signal.
Drink more water. Whether you know it or not, your body is at least 70% water, and when it's running low, your pee turns a dark yellow. (Healthy urine being a very very light color)
Not having ample water in your system can really make you feel lightheaded as well, and get sleep--that's when your body restores itself.
feel better =]

It could be a miriad of things ranging from low blood pressure to pregnancy to low blood sugar. It could be sinus infection/congestion as that will get into your ears, causing issues with your equilibrium. It could be a stomach flu... it could be iron. If you don't feel better in a couple of days, definitely call your doctor!

Your iron levels could be low but you need to see a dr to have this evaluated so that they can help you to figure out what could be causing the problem.
