Pipe cleaners are available at almost any craft store, but if you can not find them there, try a pipe and tobacco store, they have the old fashioned real thing, the little white pipe cleaners really were and are used to clean pipes. The colored ones are available from www.bolecks.com, Oriental trading( online) you can make some darling crafts with them. I made the cutest reindeer ornaments & pins using a dog bone and pipe cleaners for antlers, with a tiny piece of checkered ribbon for a bow.

Do you want pipe cleaners or chenille stems? Chenille stems are used for crafts, and are more fluffy then pipe cleaners. You can get these in any store that sells crafts. Pipe cleaners have very closely trimmed fluff. They are used to clean the stem of pipes. They are available where pipe products are sold, such as tobacco shops.

Any tobacco store that sells pipe tobacco or pipe supples. Many drugstores used to carry them, not as prevalent now as they used to be.

Any fabric or craft store will carry them. Don't know where you live but if you have a Joann Fabric, Hancock Fabric or Michael's Craft near you, they carry several colors.
