I think there is a fine line between greed and motivated. I think being motivated to being all you can be is good, but I think if you get to where you want to be, it is always good to be giving. I would hope that if I got rich, I would give to the needy.

No. It consumes people and then they do things that cause pain and suffering to other people. I know of instances where people have been harmed. Greed is not
good.

If it's balanced with wisdom, it can be. Ofttimes, it isn't, and that causes problems.
