I know when I shave down there, I sometimes break out bad (especially if I used a cheap razor). Don't squeeze them at all, because it can cause a nasty scar down there. The technique I use is to take a clean wash clothe, wet it and ring it out, and throw it in the microwave for about a minute. Its going to be hot when you first take it out. Then you put it on the area where the pimple is and let it set there for about 15 minutes. Depending on big it is and how mature it is, it could break within those 15 minutes or shortly after. If it is being stubborn to break, do the same thing 3 times a day until it does break. That way it doesn't live a scar and the pain will ease. Caution: the cloth will be very hot so be careful... Good Luck (PS- I'm a CNA and we use this technique on residents and the nursing home when they get boils on them).

You can get alot of ingrown hairs..if they have a hard white substance inside. You can also get boils. The best thing for them to heal faster is to take warm bath with epsom salt. The epsom salt will draw out all the puss so you don't have to use a needle.
Epsomite is one of only a few water soluble sulfate minerals. Epsomite forms from a precipitation from vapors on limestone cave walls and on the walls and timber of various mines. It has also been found in deposits from hot springs and fumaroles such as on Mt. Vesuvius, Italy. The medicinal qualities of magnesium sulfate were first discovered in the mineral waters at Epsom, England and is where the name Epsom is derived. Magnesium is one of the most important of the essential minerals in the body, and it is commonly deficient in the American diet. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties and can be absorbed through the skin. Magnesium sulfate dilates blood vessels, and this property may help prevent further brain injury in stroke victims.
A New England remedy for arthritis is a hot bath of Epsom Salts. The heat of the bath increases circulation and reduces the pain and swelling of arthritis. Soaking in Epsom Salt soothes tired, aching muscles. This mineral is known to be helpful in preventing pre-eclampsia (known as toxemia and pregnancy-induced high blood pressure). It is also used in severe exacerbations of asthma. When given intravenously, it promotes broncho-dilation. When taken as an injection, magnesium sulfate blunts deep tendon reflexes and a scientific study is underway to determine what benefit to recovery magnesium sulfate has when it is administered to stroke victims before they reach the hospital.

I got those every once in a while as a teenager. They are not an STD, just an infected hair follicle most likley. They hurt like crazy too. Just keep the area clean leave it alone and they go away on their own in about a week. If you try to squeeze them they take twice as long to heal up.

Yes it's very normal to get pimples on your vulva (the external genital part). Whenever I get them, especially if they are white and blackheads I have to have my dr pop them for me because they hurt so much.
Ask your dr if it's ok to apply triple antibiotic ointment down there to help clear up some of the swelling from this pimple that you have.

If the pimple is on the outside still don't worry. If it's in the inside it could be a wart (not an STD though).

make sure you clean that area enough and make sure that you keep it clean. If you dont do so already, change your underwear, cause bacteria can live and reproduce in there quite a lot.
