I purchased some perfume off ebay and i paid through my paypal account that same day. On the listing page of the item. it was to be sent usps priority mail 2-3 days and delivery confirmation. I have tried contacting the seller through emails and even tried to call. I simply asked the first time for delivery confirmation number but its clear this person isnt answering. I also see new feedback coming in from other buyers sayng they emailed 5x and so on and some that havent ever heard anything but was just issed a refund through paypal but still no answers from seller. I am kind of worried now since i SHOULD have received my item and there is no communication with this seller. I paid with paypal, insurance was not an option on shipping this item. how can i get my money back?

Sorry for you, but you still can do something.
1. If you did not received the item at all and the seller has no responses, 7 days after the transaction you may file a non-ship complaint with paypal. Log it the paypal to do that. Paypal then will contact the sellers for prove and if he can not provided the shipping information, paypal may refund you payment taking away from the seller.

2. If that doesn't work or the seller shipped the item but missing, and if you pay by credit card, call your credit card company for a dispute, keep all your records and explain your situation to them, they may refund your payment.

3. Still contact paypal if nothing work, call their reps what to do, if nothing can resolve the situation, then sorry, you just lose the payment.

Wait 48 hours. I think you have 7-days before you must file a grievance. And you're protected through PayPal's buyer protection through eBay. So, first, document all the e-mails you sent, print them out at the minimum, and highlight the date and time, and return receipt requested, and all that. Then when you think you're waited long enough (48 hours, or 2 business days, whichever is longer) file a grievance with both Paypal and eBay. You should be able to get your money back if you don't get an answer in a couple weeks.

Contact Ebay and contact Paypal. I would do it as soon as you were 'suppose' to recieve the item. They have safeguards on this kind of thing. Especially Paypal. I hope you have all the emails you sent and the time and dates you called. Give all that to Ebay and Paypal.

Good luck!

go to the paypal site (if you have pay by that method) and open a dispute in the resolution centre. I have a dispute open at the minute with an awkward seller. Paypal will investigate the complaint and hopefully you will be reimbursed. bare in mind though, this will not happen overnight. I have been through the same process and it took me nearly a month to get my money back. Don't ever close a dispute until you get your money back. Good luck. I know how frustrating it is!

You can dispute the payment on Paypal and also report this to the police.
