well it depends on the person.
i usually loose my voice after going to an theme part for the day, or if i go to a very loud concert.
i would imagine that you can only hold a note that would cause you to loose your voice for about 45 seconds max.
so you would probably have to do that about 15 times.
thats horrible for your vocal cords and throat, so dont do it!

I hope you meant 'sing AT the top of my lungs' instead of 'sing ON the top of my lungs', because to sing ON the top of your lungs you would have to either be sitting or standing on your lungs. Which means your lungs would have to be taken out of your body in order for you to do this. But, then you would have NO lungs, and therefore wouldn't be able to breathe and therefore you would lose your voice instantly! ;-)
