If people actually followed the guideline there wouldn't be so much reporting. I've never reported anyone myself but when I did read the rules found them pretty clear. It made me realize a lot of people either hadn't read them or don't think they apply to them.

no you shouldn't need to be trained, but maybe questions should be screened by 'answers' first, some questions are just wrong considering they are available for all ages, and so are some answers. if ppl are gonna spam on here then we should be able to report.
