I always look at my caller Id if I don't know the number I don't answer it, if I forget to look and answer tell them right away not interested and hang up.

Invite them to Dinner. If they are convenient enough to call me during Dinner, than I should be Obligated to have them for Dinner. Hopefully I have enough for them. If they decline, then I go on about how I don't call them during their Dinner, why should they??

That's when you use your potty mouth. That is why I screen all my calls. I don't know you, I don't answer the phone, simple as that.
