I think most answers above have a slight clue. So, if you put all their answers together, you might have what you're looking for.

"Reasonable thinking" is when emotions and 'faith' or religious ideas are put aside and we look at the facts before us to assess the situation or reach a conclusion.

For instance, when a person comes and reports to you that someone you know has risen from his grave this morning and was seen walking in your neighborhood - a reasonable thinking person would look at the likelihood of such an event taking place. He would have to take it a step further - gather unbiased irrefutable evidence that prove the person was indeed dead. Gather irrefutable, reliable evidence that the person was indeed buried in that particular grave and finally, must go to the grave in question and see this amazing, yet unbelievable event. It wouldn't do any harm to also see the person purposed to be risen.

A reasonable thinking person will not just accept any information given him - he uses what is called reasonable thinking.

I would venture to guess that a person who can't speak English, has no drivers license, no registration, no proof of insurance, no reported street address, two social security cards, uses the assumed name of a deceased white person after causing a three car pile up with one dead and six people hospitalized with the smell of alcohol on his breath who admits to robbing a liquor store immediately after having an argument with his illegal immigrant girlfriend concerning the welfare benefits for their two out of wedlock U.S born children would be one case for a reasonable suspicion. But I'm not sure.
