Spring and Summer are the best time to water anything if your going to water it.

IF you water it a little every day then it will grow a little each day but don't forget to stop when you have It to the right size you want.

You missed the watering season. If you do it now, it isn't going to do any good. Try again next year, and hopefully you won't miss the watering season.

That is a myth started by the utility companies - it does not work. I tried it. Started with a three bedroom - still have a three bedroom.
