It may have been me, it happened to me twice that just after
logging in a spotted a very interesting question.But it would
take me some time to think about a good answer, or it would
be a very long answer.
So I star it, that way it appears in my 'starred question list.
and I can look it up again immediately when I have the time.
But sometimes you just never get round to it. I'm sorry.

No, but I have given a star for a question that I didn't answer, because it was a great question but I didn't know a good answer.
