What's "normal"? If you mean back to day 1 of the install, you can't - you need to reinstall for that.

If you just want to go back a few days though you can use System Restore.

By performing the system restore option. Depending on your operating system and hardware this process differs.
Check your computer manufacturer's documentation for instructions on performing a system restore. (It probably involves CDs that were shipped with your system... or ones you had to burn yourself).
