In college, what group is it that usually organizes parties for college?

I went to a college that was well-known as a "party" school. The professors never threw a party that I can remember. Neither did the parents. The school had parties for them... because they usually pay the tuition.

Most of the social clubs, fraternities, sororities, political clubs, local businesses, and classmate entrepreneurs will have events. Some are free others have a charge.

You will have to contact individuals in each group to share your ideas. Start at the dorm. you will have an advisor who will know the campus and some contacts.
