Oh my God! Went there for lunch today and it was closed. The workers showed up today and found they no longer had jobs. 8 locations! Does anyone know what happened?

hmm.. that's odd and out of nowhere..
but i can see it. BB has been a money drain for too long now and has outlived it's profitability.. the next to go is smokey bones (or at least start headed towards a steakhouse rest. and not a BBQ place). i haven't read anything about it and the stock for darden (parent co.) didn't drop any on friday.

I work in one of the cities where the BB closed, I'm guessing that its due to profitability, but fish doesn't sell as well in the midwest, and that's where 3 of the stores I know of have closed. I'm sad because I live a few blocks from there and was looking forward to lunch with them.
