I know i could confide in my family or my partner, but these days i would rather confide in someone outside my immediate family simply cos my state of mind or mood would affect their mood, so if i feel down and go tell mum or partner or sister then it would bring their mood down, if i'm sad then thy feel sad, so i do have one or two friends i could talk to if i really needed to
