No. 100% cotton is the most natural fabric, and should be quite comfortable and healthy for your body. Vaginal dryness is a systemic problem, nothing to do with what you're wearing.

No, they shouldn't be causing your vagina (which is on the inside of the body) to get dry. The 100% cotton panties are designed to allow the vulva (the external genital area) to breathe. possibly...it depends on the lubricant in your vagina if theres not much then yes and you can get an infection or a rash.
