assuming c2 = c^2

b = 2a/c^2

assuming a=1/(2bc^2)

b = 1/a * 1/2 * 1/c^2 = 1/(2ac^2)

I did not know if you meant a=1/2bc2 or a=1/2bc^2, but I chose the equation a=1/2
since 1/2 * 2 = 1, this makes the equation a=bc.
Then, divide each side by c: leaving you with a/c=b
or b=a/c

Assume equation is:-
a = (1/2).b.c²
2a / c² = b
