I am not exactly sure about your question. Every person online is not necessarily a predator, but there is a site that if you suspect something going on, and you have an email from that person, you can go to "full headers" in your email, copy there IP address and paste it. It will alert you to the "real" whereabouts of this person. Many people that send you emails claim to be in one country or location, but are really somewhere else.

Spam, Scam & Internet Abuser Information
If you receive a suspicious message or blatant scam message you can do the following:

* Check the IP number go to http://www.arin.net/whois/. Do a search on the IP number find out who the owner of that IP number is. When you find it look in the company information and you will usually find an email address for ABUSE. Forward the complete Spam/Scam message that you received to the abuse address. Be sure that you point out that we have also captured the IP number of the message originator and you demand that such messages under their control stop.

When you are looking up the IP numbers you will notice several other additional resources for locating the IP number owners InterNIC, DoDNIC, RIPE, APNIC and LACNIC. Good Luck.
