To have one breast be bigger than the other can be normal for some women. As for a bit saggy, the problem may have something to do with the kind of bra you wear as far as size. For this one I would recommend going to one of the local dept stores such as Penney's and have a consultation with a bra fitter. They come in on the weekends and the service is free.
I would also recommend discussing this concern with your mom and dr (this one I say because you can ask this at your next check up to see what they think as well).

Completley normal!
I work in a doctors surgery, and i see many patients.
Most women have different sized breasts, do not worry!
If you feel around, and find a hard lump or a sore part - then go and see your doctor, or nurse.
But do not worry.
Maybe put something in your bra on your left breast - to make them look more even.

Normal, alot of girls have one breast bigger than the other.
Some you may be able to tell, others you may not.
If it doesn't stick out a great deal i wouldn't worry.
If it does there are loads of bra's our there these days that can help.:)

Normal - we all have one bigger than the other. Nothing to worry about at all.
