Yes they can IF you get the reduction done before your body is done growing, or if you gain a lot of weight, or if you get pregnant.

Usually if you put on execessive amounts of weight, eg: 15 + kilograms, which is not recommended, and sometimes during pregnancy they can grow again but I have been told that they usually go back to the reduced size after the birth and after feeding.
