did you mean [2(16-4)/4+(5squared)] OR [2(16-4)/(4+5)squared]?

if it is [2(16-4)/4+(5squared)],
then (32-8)/4+25
24/29

if it is [2(16-4)/(4+5)squared]
then (32-8)/(9squared)
=24/81
=8/27
