I have been breast feeding my baby for long two years; and now that my Breasts have fallen long and lost the beautiful upright shape it had. Can you please tell me how to go close to what it was before. I feel bad and disappointed to see my own breasts now.Though I am happy that my Baby was Breast fed. Thanks. Please reply.

First of all, from a medical point of view, there is nothing you can do to go back to ORIGINAL shape. It's not just from breast feeding; also pregnancy and the hormonal changes. So don't feel bad you chose to breast feed (I am sure you don't regret it). It happened to all of us. (For stars you see in the magazines--they had surgery or the photos were touched-up).

Yet there are things that help (to whatever extent) and make yourself feel better.
(1) massage. If you are up to it, try some fancy products (most cost quite a bit and don't guarantee any result, it's an individual choice)--belli elasticity oil, mustela bust cream, etc.
Also do it in shower with a good showerhead.
(2)More skin products--Biotherm makes a serum (called "Bust 'up",about $40, I used this one)and Clarins also makes one (about $50). Again no one can tell if these products do anything, I just felt the breasts deserved some treatment after they had worked so hard for so long.
(3)Exercises.
(4)A diet with good protein source and plenty collagen.
(5)A good bra with strong support, including on the sides.

That's a long trip so soon! If you're committed to nursing, pump like a maniac well before you leave. You'll need mountains of pumped milk, especially in case of a growth spurt. Also make sure you pump while you're gone, every 3 or 4 hours should do it, depending on how much you can pump at once. Freeze it if you can, but if all you have is a refrigerator, that keeps milk fresh for a few days; you'll be able to save quite a few bottles! Breastmilk can stay at room temperature up to 6 hours, so keep that in mind when you're traveling home. Maybe it'll be too far for it to stay fresh.

Good luck. The women I know who breast fed and wanted nice breasts at the weaning of their child had breast surgery with the exception of one whose breasts shrunk up to 1/3 the size they were originally. She says she will wait until she's finished with having babies, and if they continue to stay small, she will get implants. So, if you're not finished having kids, wait until your finished, and then get the surgery. It's really routine.

I guess you should have stopped breastfeeding sooner. Kids don't need to be breastfed for that long. Some kids even have memories at that age, and who wants to remember sucking on their mom's boob? Anyway, if the kid is capable of lifting your shirt and latching on himself, HE'S TOO OLD TO BE BREASTFEEDING!!! I had problems breastfeeding and finally gave up after 2.5 hard months. I wish I could have breastfed longer, but I would have stopped by the time my son got his teeth. No wonder your breasts are in such terrible shape. My son got breast milk during the first 6 weeks that count the most, and my breasts are still quite perky and sexy!

Sorry, but not gonna happen. Especially after breast feeding for that long. I only breastfed for about 2.5 months and my breasts are in awful shape.

Baked beans!! Lie on your back with your arms parallel to yur shoulders, a can of baked beans in each or lemonade botles if you are feeling brave! Raise your arms til they meet above your head keeping them straight! I perked up a bit! Do 10 morning, noon and night to build up some stamina for the first week and then you can do as and well you please. Hope this helps and don't believe what others say, you can regain your boobs!!

I feel bad saying this, but I really don't think there is anything you can do. It's the give and take of breasfeeding. Just know that you are not the only one out there feeling the same way.

The only way to do that is get a breast lift.

It sounds unbelievable but I got a body wrap and my breast did look "higher" but they did go back, the people at the body wrap place suggested that I do the wrap every month to maintain the look. It was just to pricey for me.
