I think I am going thru it now. My son just moved out for the 1st time and my daughter is about to be sent to a homeless shelter because I am sick of her. She is 19.
For the 1st time in 21 yrs, all I have to worry about is myself. I cook for myself, clean for myself and feed my dog by myself every nite after work.
I am lonely because I am single with no mate and the rest of my life of worrying only about me. I feel alone and getting ready to go into crisis. Very lonely.

Women don`t have mid-life crisis. This is a phenomena that belongs to men. Women go through a life changes when they enter their pre-menopausal state and it can be early in life or later. Pre-menopause can start anywhere between 35 to 55.
