Java script is built in to most modern browsers. You need to open the options and find and tick the box "enable Javascript". Often the default is disabled after installation. The full Java programming module is available from www.java.com, which is a part of Sun Micro

Have you done a search?
Try Sun Microsystems, which is the creator of Java. Or just go to Java.com.
When I use a program that requires Javascript, the installation "window" always pops up automatically. I've never had to search for it.

javascript comes with all modern browsers. try to use Firefox 2.0 it has build in javascript debugger
