I'm going to be a senior and I have 2 open classes left but I'm not sure which courses to take. I've narrowed it down to
Bio AP-more related to what i want to do
Chem AP- probably less related
Anatomy and Physiology (not available as an AP Course just as Honors)
Physics AP
or World Area Studies- to boost my GPA?

which one would be most helpful in my career pursuit?

When you go to apply to med school no one will care what you did in high school, but they are going to look very closely at what you did in the prerequisite courses - especially organic chemistry. The most important subject for you to get a solid ground in, is chemistry. It is central to all higher level biology, physiology and health sciences.

Take as much chemistry as you can get, at the highest possible level.

In the end, it's going to make absolutely no difference. High school gets you into college. College gets you into medical school. Medical school gets you into your residency. You're so many steps from the end that you shouldn't be worrying about it. If you've had a chemistry course already, take something else. Same for biology. A&P will be useful only if you know absolutely nothing about your body. I bet your GPA isn't a big issue in terms of getting into college, but if you've had some kind of biology and some kind of chemistry class already, something enjoyable and culturally enriching might be a good choice. Enjoy this year. You'll get chemistry, biology and physics in college, and they'll not be too difficult, so any background in those is likely to make your first year or two in college a little easier and moderately more boring.
