I use a douche nozzle that came as part of my enema set. I sliced the very tip off of the douche nozzle and make a custom enema tip. I like it as it is larger than the small tip they provided for enemas. I use salt water ( a teaspoon or two of non iodized salt to the 1500ml bag). Good Luck and enjoy your enemas:-)!!
