if a ziploc type baggie and a bottle that previously had alcohol (bottle was empty when dropped) in it were dropped at the same approximate time in the same general location during the previous night or day, would both have condensation on them in the morning, or would only one or the other?

There are many assumptions which must be made first. It must be assumed that the circumstances allowing condensation to occur will become present over the course of the night. Assuming that, both would have condensation. It's about temperature and energy exchange. Textiles don't exchange energy as readily as plastics, glass, and metals. The more readily energy is exchanged, then the more readily condensation will occur as the water vapor gives up its energy to whatever it condenses on.
