I have a hard time distinguishing dreams from reality. I often times have to ask people wether something has really happened or not because I can't tell If I've dreamed it or if it really did happen. This has always been a problem for me, ever since I was a child. I used to tell my parents things that would happen at school, my parents would go up to the school to discuss with a teacher about what I said, only to find out that I was confused and had just dreamt the situation.
I'm thirteen now and I'm still haveing problems with this. Can I do anything about it?

mmm... hard question...
I'm not sure but if you can recall your dreams when you first awaken, and write down notes on them, that gives you some basis for knowing some of what was dream rather than reality.

I did that a few times, but not regularly so I'm not sure what else to suggest.

Apparently some people have trouble separating dreams from reality.. I know of my 3 dogs, one has that problem, and I can see where it could be just as possible for you as for my dog. She scares the other dogs when she wakes from a sound sleep growling at them.

When you dream, start a log of all the dreams you remember. Then when you have a question you can refer back to your log to see what is real and what is a dream. I had a dream that I was in heaven and I was being read the book of Revelations. I was at the part that says about the number of the the beast is the number of man is 666. I was being told the book by an angel I suppose. Then I heard, "the number of God is 777". For years I thought I had read that in the bible.
Then one day I was telling someone and they said , The bible does not say that. I checked and they were right. You are not alone. Many of my dreams are very vivid and I too sometimes confuse memories of dreams with reality. I don't want to stop my dreams , so I will live with it. It doesn't happen all the time. Just once in a while. maybe your confusion will taper off when you get older. I see my dream memory as a special message for me. I think keeping a log will help you.

i'm probable going to bypass over your head with this one yet i will ask though. What makes you imagine that there is any reality? i might want to say that reality isn't reality and targets are not reality because there is not any reality. reality is a dream and targets are targets too. each little thing is an phantasm that hides the unique nature it really is nothingness. type of is smart why Christianity says God is meaningless. Why the Buddha suggested that the question of no matter if something exists or not is unanswerable. Why the Tao te Ching says that the Tao that is measured isn't the eternal Tao. All religions type of recommend that this waking existence is an phantasm and that one might want to search for to flee from it. even as God says 'come back to me' what God is fairly announcing is see issues for a way they are. yet maximum non secular human beings bypass over this because the real which skill is complicated and demanding to attraction to close.
