"Walking On Sunshine" Katrina & The Waves is one of my favorite "cheer up " songs.

The song "If It's Not One Thing, It's Another" by Richard "Dimples" Fields is a song, while it won't cheer you up, will make you feel that someone else might have as many problems as you do.
