oh honey you need someone to talk to you have a type of ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder) and it can progress into something worse talk to someone you trust and will understand I've been in your shoes and i know what you are going through it's hard and i know parents aren't always the answer but yes you should get a councilor i hope you can find a way to move on it'll be hard but it will happen with help.

By ALL means go an see the councelor!! Even if you dont think you have a problem or anything dealing w/ all these issues... its still NICE to just have someone to TALK to and let all of these emotions OUT!! Someone who isnt involved and can simply listen or give advice to you about how to handle all the stress and grief you are going through.
If you continue to hold it all in and talk to no one then you are setting yourself up actually HAVING problmes in the future (even if you dont now) b/c you will have bottled up all your emotions!!
Another thing that could help is starting to keep a journal and just write down everything that you are feeling!! Sometimes it simply helps to just get it all out (even if its just on paper where no one else will read it)
Good luck and I hope that you start to feel better soon!!

It can't hurt to talk to somebody about it. It can only hurt if you don't. Talking to your school counselor would probably be a good idea. Feel free as well to send me an e-mail, if you'd like help sorting things out. It's easy to think about all those things at once, which makes each thing seem so much worse. I'm more than happy to help you through any of it. My e-mail address is eckm0032@umn.edu.

Talking to someone about your fears, concerns, worries, etc. will definitely help. Even talking to your parents is better than nothing. Sometimes it helps to get things off your chest. It's not healthy to keep it all bundled up!

I believe it is wise to speak with your counciler. You'll feel better and more calm. The counciler will definitely help you!

this will probably be very hard for you, but talk to somebody about it. not necessarily a counselor, but make sure it's someone you're comfortable with!

It sounds a bit made up, but if true - talk to somebody. Even somebody on this forum if you want to stay anonymous.
