i have 617 best answers,to me its not about the best answers its about answering questions that might help some one ,but it is nice when some one picks your answer,and hopefully you have helped them

that's really good! I've only answer 199 answers with you 200! and I only have 13 best answer, I can only hope to have as many best answers by the time I get to 527 answers.

39/294 or about a 13% average. Don't worry though, I believe only about 10 of my 39 answers were deservedly "Best Answers". And don't forget that P&S is one of the most popular topics on this thing. So your chances of being picked "Best Answer" is that much lower....

Maybe you do have the best answers and the people asking the questions are stupid and are choosing the wrong response for best answer. By the way- please pick mine for best answer to raise my BA %. ha ha Just kidding.

A good way to get best answers is to scroll through all the ones you've answered, and if they've gone to in-voting, then vote for your own.
You'll be surprised how many people don't do that, and you'll get best answer whether it's right or wrong.

7%. I am happy with it because 7 is my favorite number... God's perfect number. 85 answers out of 1113 (1114 now) does it for me. ^_^

I have 206 so far.... but I find that most of my answers tend to be sarcastic because I find some of the questions rather silly.
