what does this mean(A 64 MB video card that supports Hardware Transform and Lighting)?

it says that for the requirements for empire earth 3. i have an ATI Radeon 9250 graphics card. Will it work for that?

New cards support T&L. But I doubt if you will have a good game experience w/ a non DX9 card such as the ATI 9250, especially with a very new game, yet to be released.

The short answer is yes, an ATI Radeon 9250 graphics card will work. It has at least 64mb of memory and supports hardware Transform & Lighting.
