I don't mean to give you a short answer but this screams to be said. "Don't be a part of any of these." It just means another person is seeking the least path of resistance to foster his/her chosen life style.

You are either a part of the problem or part of the solution. You can't be in-between or a rail sitter because then you can easily become a victim to one or more of them. Then, you will be taken advantage of by tormentors.

To fight against them will mean aggressive operations, not by just one person, but in numbers there is strength. Join with like-minded people who are well led. Most of the time Good will win out.

stress the individual and not the group. grade, promote or punish the individual person- not a group. especially not groups based on race or gender- any "favour" done to a "racial group" simply increases resentment among those who are deprived of such favoured treatment. Favours to a needy individual can be understood- but not if a whole racial group is involved
As for violence- the certainity of punishment usually works. Justice must be swift and certain. Promoting self defence (even armed) also stops violent behaviour. Armed societies are extremely courteous and considerate.

i imagine the perfect element to do is to throw the political correctness element out the window. A black is a black, a gay is a gay, no be counted the way you want to seem at it our cultures, or subcultures are diverse. it really is a be counted of gaining knowledge of and respecting those adjustments that smash racial limitations. every time I see the ACLU come on and say black this and black that, i say "what *******". similar element with gay human beings throughout one yet another in public attempting to instruct off or something. I really have many black acquaintances and all of us comprehend our adjustments and we keep in mind that and dissimilar the circumstances, we even shaggy dog tale round about it. i'd not not employ someone because they were gay or black. i might want to be afraid to employ the black man or woman because in the experience that they were a dumb *** and that i fired them they could say it develop into because they were black or something like that and sue. Thats how being on side with the political correctness creates racism in a humorous type of way.

Education, but in my part of the world we need better teachers for that. Ours just lay down and do as they are told instead of standing up to the injustices like they should.

I think I'll let the essay contest committee know they should check Yahoo answers for plagiarizing. Representing someone else's ideas as your own is wrong, regardless of the source.
