remove hardware profile at startup?

whenever i startup my computer this" hardware profile/ configuration recovery menu "comes up. how do i keep this from showing everytime? thanks so much.

Control Panel > System > Hardware Tab. Click on Hardware Profiles button. Under 'Hardware profiles selection' make sure the 'Select the first profile listed if I don't select a profile in _ seconds' is ticked.
