Iam looking at the online pool Kits and I was wondering how hard they are to install and what all needed to be done prior.

I didn't do it in MI or LA, I did it in NJ, twice. The best thing is to get the free DVD or video beforehand to ensure the pools they are selling meet your needs and wants and budget. Sunland Pools sells the Pool-in-a-Box kit which is fabulous and lets you pick the perfect pool for your home. I've posted the link below for you to check out. The Pool-in-a-Box kit tells you how to do the following:

*Plan for and locate your pool on your property
*Apply for and receive permits your municipality requires
*Generate an accurate materials list to take to your DIY center, regardless of what size pool you choose
*Excavate for your pool
*Construct the pool walls, finish the bottom of the pool, plumb the pump and filter
*Install the light, ladder, and built-in vacuum system
*Build a wood or concrete deck with brick or aluminum coping
*Hang the liner using professional techniques and
*Care for your pool once you've finished it

The building of the pool itself is easy but requires some man power (invite your buddies and then throw them a "thank you" pool party!) and logical thinking.

Hope this helps! Good luck and enjoy your pool!!!
