I'm looking to get into the translation business but I have no idea where to start.?

I am a native english speaker who is fluent in French. Does anyone know what kind of license, if any, is required to professionally translate documents? Any information will be greatly appreciated!!

You can do a websearch for translation services local to you, and see if they have a website with job postings. You can find out from there what the requirements are for open positions.

Alternately you can search any of the major job search engines and see what pops up when you enter :"translator" in the keyword search. Again, open jobs and job descriptions will be listed so you can review them for any pertinent details.
