A golf course is being built behind my house the hill that they made starts at my backyard property line.?

When the sprinkler goes off to water the green it goes way up into the air way past the golf course boundary and I am not able to work in the yard etc etc without getting wet.What are my rights?

talk to the grounds keeper to see if they can adjust the sprinkler head,

but in general since it is man control the sprinkler and it is coming onto your property it can be considered trespassing

if they will not do anything you may have to sue in court to get an injunction from them spaying water onto your property

I would be worrying about the golf balls that will undoubtedly break all your windows. You need to get with your HOA, the rest of your neighborhood, and maybe go talk to the golf course developer. You and your neighbors might have to take it to court.
