Does anyone own a neptune dryer. If so have you have any problems?

Neptune sucks. Washer smells and the dryer heats way to hot. If your front loader washer smells it is from mildew because it never drys out with the door shut, and never ever use a liquid soap. Use powder tide he. Also don't use liquid fabric softener. If your washer stinks try using borax with every wash, and I recommend going to smellywasher.com they sell a cleaner that you can run through a few cycles to kill the mildew and odor. As for the dryer- I have to dry everything on the lowest heat setting so I don't shrink everything I own. I would never buy a front loader again, and go with a different dryer. There are better ones than Maytag. And customer service is a joke.

I had a neptune washer and dryer. I paid top dollar for these Maytags. Huge dissapoinment. The washer was always covered in mold and mildew (inside around the door). The dryer I had repaired 2 times. I called Maytag so many times and they would not stand behind their products. I gave them away and bought the top of the line Kenmore (Sears brand). I love these machines. I've had them a couple of years now and never had a moments problem. Beware of Maytag, in my opinion their quality has gone in the toilet. I have a refridgerator also by Maytag. It's falling apart before my eyes. I will replace with a Kenmore soon, Sears really stands behind their products and they have a great selection of top of the line product from companies which make their producrts for Sears. You can ask who the manufacturer is on any item.
