I have twin girls who are now 7. When they were teething I found that they loved to gum on a frozen waffle! It may get a bit messy so put a good large bib on or just take the shirt off on a warm day. Hope this helps.

I too have used the cold clean washcloth, it works great. I have also seen babies get comfort from chewing on those ice pops that are long and skinny the type you have to cut open and push up (flavor ice or something). Leave it in the package and let them gum away!

My doctor had me switch between motrin and tylenol. They get used to one. And it does help. I used to take the baby soother that is gel filled and put it in the freezer for a bit. My mother and law actually sat there with a cleaned carrot stick and let him naw on that. something alittle harder to help the teeth break loose. And the one I wasn't to happy about is she put rum on a q tip and put it on his gums. Worked in the old days thats all we had. But I will admit he was quiter. I just wouln't do that my self. Good luck to you

I just gave my daughter a frozen bagel for her teething and she loved it! Anything cold. I also blended plums and froze them, it made a sorbet, so any frozen blended fruits. You can put ice chips in one of those feeders. Pretty much anything that is really cold that she/he won't choke on. I even give her cold Gerber pureed fruits in her cereal when she is teething. Cold juice in a sippy cup or a bottle feels good.

Orajel always worked best. You might try giving a dose of Dimetapp. Sometimes when they're teething it makes their sinuses run, and Dimetapp has the added advantage of making them a little sleepy. lol

My daughter is 5 months old and I use a Razberry teether for her and she loves it. The nipple is little bumps to massage her gums and it really does work to help soothe. Hope this works!!

I used baby carrots, put them is the fridge until they are cold and give it to her. Is to hard for her to bite thought it and she will be getting vitamins for her eyes and getting used to eating vegetables.

Buy some teething rings and freeze them. Or buy arrowroot biscuits for babies.

A Popsicle or a lollipop is good because it helps them take all the saliva that they would swallow and would normally give them diarrhea... my mom helped me with my baby when i had him and he never had diarrhea or stomach aches...
