Can I calculate standard deviation for two data points?

I think the formula would work, but the result would not mean much. You don't need information on variability for two data points; it is obvious just looking at the two numbers. Standard deviation becomes more meaningful as you have a larger number of data points and you need a measure of variability.

The usual way. Just divide the variance by 1.
