I'm 23 and for the past 2 weeks my boobs have been really painfull they look a little bigger. I know I'm not pregnant , could they be growing again. I've notice that the shape of my body changed a little, is that possible at this age? Help I can't take it anymore!

Could be: Fibrocystic Breasts

See the links below for this benign condition.

Always best to see your doctor for proper diagnosis.

You know some of these people saying some stupid stuff. I am not trying to diss anyone over here but if you sure you are not pregnant then you need to look beyond that. I would of went to doc for breast check, if that is fine and there is no shows of any lump or anything that may be cancerous then its something very different and harmful. Lets say some females still see a lot of growth after age of 21. I knew this girl who was 24 and after breast reduction surgery her breasts this grew few more cup sizes. I mean what i am trying to say is that if its not a lump, if you not pregnant, if its not just because your period come up soon, then most likely genetically you are made to grow late. Check with your mom and your aunts if they still seen a lot of grown in their breasts after that known time for breast growth had already end, which is usually known to be 10-21.

Sometimes an inflammation of the breast glands causes the pain. Other times some cyst may grow in the breast that will cause the pain. In any event, have a surgeon or your family doctor examine you. If he/she feels something different within your breast, you may be asked to have a mammogram or an MRI of your breast. In young women like you, cysts or benign growths are more common than cancerous growths.

The only thing that comes to mind is pregnancy but you said your not so the only other thing I can think of is that you may be getting your period soon. This usually happens to me1-2 weeks b4 I get mine. They are very painful even my shirt brushing against them especially the nipple part is very painful. Here is a web site that lists 70 differents reasons for painful breasts.

Is your period coming? this could be the reason. You could also be horny. When I'm horny this happens to me. You might still need to go to your doctor to be on the safe side. If something is wrong with you. They can catch it early and help eliminite the problem.

It could be water retention from the period coming. I get that, I bloat up and the breasts become a tiny bit larger and they're very sore, all but the skin. Is your period coming?

I don't think this is the place to get help for your problem. You need to make an appt with your doctor asap.
I've had this problem just before my period but it never lasted that long.
