Because I really want to buy a bikini :)
lol soz, I just thought that since you aren't people I'm going to have to confront, so it would be best to ask you :P
Thx!

To be honest, I wouldn't shave there as it'll just grow back prickly and it'd be quite uncomfortable, and as for waxing you have to be able to tolerate pain. But creams can work extremely well as they last longer than shaving, and don't hurt, get one suitable for the bikini line

I am a male, but I know that either waxing or shaving works well. the waxing is a little bit painful, but lasts longer. The shaving has to be done more often, like every two or three days is you are to keep the area free from visible hair.

I only shave the areas that could be visible because if you shave the whole area then it is SUCH a pain to maintain! I just do the bottom area close to the thighs and a little around the top and sides. If you are going to shave try these areas first and then decide if you want to keep up with it all the time. =P

I shave. I can deal with pain, but to be honest, I'm a little afraid of waxing down there. It's such a sensitive area, and I wouldn't want anything to go wrong. Shaving is much less abrasive. Yes you have to do it more often, but I personally think it's safer. So I'd suggest shaving.

I shave. Waxing sounds too painful for me! Shaving can cause bumps, but those go away after about a month. So start awhile before swim season and you'll be ok :)

I shave the entire area with a moisturizing shaving cream. I shave my legs every other day so I do that area, too. After shaving anywhere invest in a good cream moisturizer with shea butter. I feel like silk all the time.

I shave, however, I do get bumps from shaving. I've never tried waxing down there, appears to be too painful!

Try on the bathing suit. Where the hair sticks out, trim with scissors. The rest of the area will be a lot more comfortable if you can leave most of the hair intact. Don't trim until you actually have the bikini so you'll know where it needs to be trimmed. If a hair does stick out, most likely nobody is going to be staring THAT closely at your crotch anyway!
