What info DO you have?
Some manufacters keep records for years.
If an antique, the Cody Museum in Wy MIGHT have some info on it.

Well MOST guns have manufacturers stamps.. that show the model, year, and factory. Particularly military arms.
We can research from THAT... or you can take it to a gun-shop.
