Turk wanted to know why Cox gave turfed only the interesting surgical patients to certain surgeons. Cox explained that if he didn't those surgeons would seek revenge on Cox. Cox and Turk then begin a war in which they turf a annoying patient who claims to have a tingly arm and chest. Eventually Turk operates on the patient but does nothing only to satisfy the patient and flaunts it in Cox's face. Kelso then tells Turk in front of Cox that he better justify the reason for performing surgery on the patient otherwise he'll lose his job and liscence(sp) Cox immediately feels badly for goading Turk into doing what he did but Carla berates Cox which causes him to go before Kelso and ask that he not punish Turk. Kelso agrees only after humiliating Cox. When Cox apologizes to Turk, Turk reveals the whole thing to be an elaborate trick, involving Carla and Dr. Kelso. The "Surgery" that Turk performed involved some spray antistetic and a screen to cover the "surgery" and a tv that was playing back a open heart bypass that was being performed next door. The patient was tricked into thinking surgery was performed and his "symptoms" were gone. Turk tells Cox never to mess with him again. Oh..and something with JD and Elliot...and Keith asks Elliot to marry him.

Elliots boyfriend proposed at the very end...She was out with JD and her friend from college and they were having a great time and she came home and Keith was there and said that he really didnt go out of town on business...He went to ask her father for permission to marry her...
